All PROJECTED IMAGE entries should be numbered and titled in exactly the format used in the examples that follow: Two digit number (space) title
01 Title
02 Title - Numbers are to be in order of preference, title no more than 25 characters inc. spaces.
(Quotation marks or any other punctuation characters must not be included anywhere within the above format). DIGITAL IMAGES must be saved in the jpeg format at Maximum Quality. Maximum image size in the Horizontal axis is 1024 pixels and in the Vertical axis 768 pixels. Images must be in RGB mode (even for monochrome images). Entries will be accepted on CD, USB stick or by email to the Competition Secretary (or other designated person). Note 1 - How to prepare digital images for a competition entry: Create a folder and name it with the section you are entering - Beginners, Intermediate or General. Open that folder and create inside it another folder with your name as the folder name e.g. Joe Blogs. Drag or copy your competition entries into that folder titled with your name. For CD entries: Drag or copy the whole folder structure above into your CD writing software and write to a CD. For email entries: Make the whole folder structure above into a ‘compressed (zipped) folder’ and attach that zipped folder to an email. The subject of the e-mail should state which competition the attached folder is an entry for. |
